Delivery & Returns

Goods in stock are usually packaged and dispatched on the same day and sent via our courier service for next day delivery. All products large and small are sent on a courier service to ensure that the items are delivered safely and quickly.

Delivery Charges:

Free UK delivery on orders over £350.00 (Ex Vat)

Large Packages: £9.95 Plus Vat

Due to our policy of only supplying machinery in-store and not online the above delivery charges do not include machinery.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase(s), you can return the item within 7 days on the condition that they are in the original packaging (unopened and with any seals and labels intact). we will then issue a full credit for the item(s) excluding delivery charges.

Please Note: We reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 7 days unless they are faulty.

Warranty Returns: We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
